Discussed with my insurers who insisted that we go to their authorised repairer. I was amazed by the quality of the repair – literally unable to tell there was any damage at all and it was a sizeable dent and deep scratch.  A couple of weeks later, I had an argument with a low wall and the wall won!  Chipped and dented side panel and dented bumper. Following an unfortunate encounter with a low brick wall, my car needed attention to a dent and scratching on the front bumper. At the same time, I decided to get some scratching on the rear bumper sorted. I damaged my alloy wheel really badly almost all of the way around the rim.
i took it to Chips Away Stoke for repair and when i collected it, it was like new. They are a very friendly and efficient bunch and i would not hesitate to use them in the future or to recommend them to anyone.

I had a problem with bubbling on the interior paintwork of my car, due to hanging a free giveaway smelly card from one of the many car wash setups. Instead of hanging it over my rear view mirror, I hung it over the gear stick,unfortunately it reacted with the paintwork hence the bubbling. I contacted the manufacturer for help they told me they don’t do that type of repair and gave me a phone number for a company miles away who they said would possibly help. Anyway I decided to have a look on the internet and see if anyone closer could help, after a few fruitless phone calls to various establishment’s, I have ChipsAway in Trentham a call, I arranged to take the car down to them to look at. The lady in reception was excellent,very helpful, an engineer looked at the problem, I was given a quote, a date arranged for me to take the car in sorted. I was emailed a written quote, and confirmation of my appointment bday and time. I took the car in at the appointed time and was told they would contact me tinker me know when it was ready. Phone call received , car ready for collection, job done, very professional team, highly recommend. A+

I had a small argument with a wall in Cornwall. Rather than go to a regular body shop I contacted the local franchise for ChipsAway in Stoke on Trent. I filled in their enquiry form and within12 hours I was contacted by Phil. An appointment was made for home to inspect the damage. I went to Chips Away today with my van. I cannot fault the staff or service that is provided. All staff are friendly, polite and very welcoming. Extremely professional and clean set up with great turn around on repairs. Today I had an alloy repaired and it was faultless. Called this morning having booked my car in for diamond wheel repair. What a lovely couple the owners are. I was given a choice of coffees to choose from in the very luxurious waiting room. I was a little early but that did,nt matter my car was taken in and started on. About 3 hours later it was ready and perfect and the hospitality inbetween made the wait seem a lot less. I was at chips away yesterday, ihad scratched my car and also dented the plastic trim. The manufacturers wanted £ 120 plus vat, for a small plastic trim ( 14 inches long) but phil managed to take it off heat the plastic up and basically perform magic. It was a brilliant job for a reasonable price i was really pleased, i would highly recomend chips away lovely friendly staff very clean well equiped wating area. 10 out of ten I say.

I went to the trentham one, and my experience was amazing. I went very worried with my bumper as i thought they might of not been able to do it, as there was extremely bad lacquer peel, chipped paint work, scratches and scruffs and we also found out it had been repainted from a previous owner. They definitly proved me wrong and i fell in love with my car all over again. The paint job they have done is amazing, you wouldnt think it looked like what it previously looked like, because now its immaculate. There service was 5 *, they quoted me there and then and got me fitted in 2 days later. I dropped the car off early morning and i picked the car back up in the evening. Have a Golf GTI with original 5 spoke wheels, which needed some attention after 10 years of hard driving.
Looked on the net for inspiration and found a process called Diamond Cut. The only place I could find was ChipsAway at Trentham Trade Park, Stoke-On-Trent, drove there to make enquiries.
Firstly had a great talk to the staff not one but all, explaining how the process works and what needs to be done to my wheels, how long it would take, plus all costings up front. Was pleased with the outcome so decided to have them done.

While washing my VW Polo I noticed some deep scratches on the Front Bumper.   ChipsAway came to my mind so I visited their place at Trentham Lakes, Stoke on Trent the next day.

On entering Reception I received immediate attention from a friendly lady. She viewed the damage, told me what needed to be done and stated the price.  I arranged for the repair to be done at  9am the following day.

When I arrived I entered Reception and was taken to the Waiting Room; that was a pleasant surprise. The floor was carpeted, good furnishings, a large TV and drinks available. It is the best waiting area I have ever attended in the Motor Trade, including main dealers; it is unique.

After about an hour the car was ready for me, we had a nice chat, such friendly people and the repair was excellent, good as new. I would have no hesitation in advising anyone to go to ChipsAway at Trentham Lakes.

Just picked up my car after having my diamond cut wheels refurbished.  They told me they would look like new when they were done and they weren’t kidding,  brilliant job recommend them any time.

Chips Away were brilliant with repairing my car, I had a number of things that had to be replaced including my grille and bonnet.

ChipsAway ensured that they got the best prices for me and managed to get me a second hand grille which was considerably cheaper than a new one, however they assured me that they wouldn’t use a part if they didn’t think it would look the same as a new one.

I cannot speak more highly of ChipsAway Stoke-on-Trent, who did a super job of repairing a scuffed alloy wheel. I got a quote from them on the Wednesday and the job was completed on the Thursday. Unlike some companies who just repair the damaged area, they refurbished the complete wheel. It took a couple of hours but I’m not complaining as they have excellent waiting facilities. Its run by Phil and Cas (husband & wife), who together with their team did an amazing job on my car and really looked after me in the process. Highly recommended.

Their opening hours are from 8:30 on Saturdays but got me in for a 8:00 appointment to get my scratches sorted. The booking process was easy and efficient. It was most annoying that someone damaged our car in a local supermarket car park and did not think it necessary to leave a note to admit to it. However the one good thing to come out of this incident was the service given by the local branch of ChipsAway.  An estimate (which given the damage was very competitive) was given immediately and the car was booked in for the work to be done on the next day.
